Where will my Creating Clarity call be held?
Your call will be held online via Zoom.
What time should I arrive?
Please arrive 5 minutes before we are due to start so that you have a chance to clear your mind of all distractions and we can begin our discussions as focussed as possible.
What do I need to bring to the call?
Just yourself. You may like to have a notepad and pen, but I will send you the recording within in 24 hrs of the call.
How will the session be structured?
During the call we will spend the first 15 minutes exploring your challenge, 30 minutes exploring possible solutions and the last 15 minutes wrapping up and discussing actions for you to implement.
Will the session be recorded?
Yes, and I will share the recording within 24 hours of our call. If you do not wish our session to be recorded, please let me know at the start of our call.
Can I bring a colleague?
This session is a one-to-session focused on your needs. Please do not bring a colleague.
Is it okay to bring my baby/toddler?
As a mother myself, I understand what it is like to work alongside looking young children. However, this time is special for you and entirely devoted to your needs. In order to make the most use of our time together, you may wish to book a time when your baby is asleep or you have someone to help you attend to your baby/toddler.
If is ok my whole team to sit in?
This session is a one-to-session focused on your needs. I can arrange a session for you and your whole team, please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org.
What if I need to cancel?
Refunds cannot be given for Power Hour bookings.
If you forget the call or do not turn up, you will not be entitled to a refund.
If you are unable to make the date/time for the video call you can rearrange the session up to 24 hours before by clicking the link in the confirmation email.
What will happen afterwards?
At the end of our call, I will provide you with some actions points. You will receive a recording of the call and summary of the action points we discussed. One week later, we will have a 15 minute follow up phone call.
What kind of results can I expect?
During our call we will focus on one topic. The advice I give will be tailored to your needs and will address the topic as discussed in our call. It will be up to you to action the advice given.
